Return and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your order after placement, please email Customer Services at scott@WoodZoneSports.com within 24 hours. The term “Cancellation” must be in the subject line of the email and the order number or PO must be included in the email. Wood Zone Sports can not guarantee your order will be canceled if you do not email Customer Services within 24 hours.

Wood Zone Sports accepts returns only in the event of manufacturing defects or shipping errors. Wood Zone Sports does not authorize returns for buyer’s remorse or other reasons. Before returning any merchandise to Wood Zone Sports you must contact our Customer Service department to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA#). Shipments without a valid RGA# will be refused by Wood Zone Sports and returned to the sender. Returned merchandise must be in original condition and packed in original packaging.

Credits are processed within 30 days of receipt of the return shipment by Wood Zone Sports
